Roxana's No Flour Banana Chocolate Bread
A sweet bread from a sweet sister
Ingredients
- 2 cups of old fashioned steel oats
- 4 or 5 very ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- A splash of olive oil
- Cocoa powder (as much as you want)
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup of sugar (doesn’t come out too sweet so you can add more if you’d like sweeter)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- A few drops of lemon juice
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 and line a bread pan with parchment paper.
- Blend all ingredients, except for chocolate chips, for about 10 seconds or untill well mixed.
- Fold chocolate chips into the batter.
- Add mixture to pan and bake for about 1 hr. Check to see if the center is done with a toothpick at 30 min and 10 minute increments after.
